About PACME & ICCE

The Pacific-Asia Conference on Mechanical Engineering (PACME) and International Conference on Civil Engineering (ICCE) are engineering endeavors of the Integrated Research and Training Center, Technological University of the Philippines and Nihon University in Japan. Their main purpose is to rally together practitioners and academes of mechanical and civil engineering nationally and internationally for the purpose of dissecting and disseminating research directions that should result to the quest for excellence in the practice of the professions and at the same time achieve socio-economic development of the country and other countries as well.

The joint conduct of the PACME and ICCE this year will mark one of the milestones of the cooperation between the two Universities. As the 7th PACME and 7th ICCE start to unfold, it is with utmost importance to take reference to the historical chronology of the successful implementation of PACME and ICCE. Table 1 shows the particulars of the conduct of the 1st to 6th PACME. Likewise Table 2 presents the conference specifics of the 1st to 6th ICCE. Furthermore, Annexes D, E, F and G exhibit the program concepts; sample of the souvenir program; cover page of the book of proceedings; and sample annual report of the previous PACME/ICCE respectively.
